Oulton Park 1960s updated.

I removed the double line of cars in the pitlane but this meant reducing the pitboxes to 18. There was a very strange problem with cars 2 and 4 not moving off the line at the start of the race and the only fix I could find was to move the startline before the last corner, at least it does work now.
