Added support to the following Kunos tracks: Silverstone 1967.

Added support to the following mod tracks: 60s Elaintarharata F3, ACU Sochi, Cadwell Park, Misano, Oulton Park, Spa 1966, Zhuhai, Zolder and Zolder 1967.

Updated to fix and add support to more tracks.

Fixed support to Kunos Monza 66.

Added support to the following mod tracks: Road Atlanta 2009, Paul Ricard, ACU Singapore, Enna Pergusa 2003, Aosta, Virginia International Raceway, Circuit de la Sarthe, Grobnik.

Updated to remove more spectators from tracks.

Some spectators were still showing at Zandvoort. I fixed it now.
