This is a fantasy skin based on the game Snatcher by Konami for the Sega CD/Mega CD.
Originally released in November 26, 1988 for the NEC PC-8801 and re-released numerous times in Japan over the years. The only western release was for the Sega CD/Mega CD on December 15, 1994.
The game is a mix of adventure games and visual novel. Where the player controls Gillian Seed as he investigates and hunts "Snatchers", dangerous humanoid robots disguised as humans roaming Neo Kobe City.
The game is part Blade Runner part Terminator and all 80s cheese.
This skin is an homage to the game utilizing the color scheme of Neo Kobe city. The sponsors are the component manufacturers of the Sega Genesis-CD, the creator of the game Konami, as well as Sega itself.
There are two skins included though currently the 2nd car is the same as the first just with a different number. In the next version the 2nd car will have a unique color scheme based on another character in the game; Random Hajile.
