The helmet is naked carbon with a few sponsors such as Kobak, Nvidia, Lucozade, Hugo BOSS and Patek Philippe.
The helmet has the number 22 on the top however feel free to remove it as I have attached the photoshop file aswell.

In order to change the driver number on the top of the helmet...
1) Open Arai_Basic temp (the photoshopfile)
2) Double click *arai_basic_helmet_d* at the bottom right under diffuse
3) Hit the text button and then click on each of the 2 and change them individually
4) Save it as no alpha dds (download dds plugin from nvidia)
5) Or watch the full video and edit the helmet as you wish
