I can't find the .csv file from WheelCheck. I cant find it in MyDocuments. Maybe it's my PC, but I just can't find it or it's not generated at all. Help?

Cant get it to run the test, I waited for a long time, restarted my PC, tried everything people suggested it still wont do it.

Wheelchecker doesn't generate csv file. Judging by the comments upvotes alot of people have the same problem. This needs a fix. Untill then 1 star

Software runs nicely, however I couldn't find any given way to start the test. Even by selecting me wheel and then "Step Log 2" no input test was started. Sad

For those that don't already know. CM now has an inbuilt Lut generator. We only need to creat the 'WheelCheck' file. Then use option in CM to import & convert the file to .lut. It also creates the correct 'Header' file & entries at the same time.

Enable 'Post FFB effects' in FFB controls tab, make your selection from the import window & your good to go...

GUYS LISTEN HERE, FOR WHOEVER IS TRYING TO DO ALL OF THIS NOW.
I read many reviews in which all says that u ran in various problems.. Ex WheelCheck doesnt do the test, or the file is not generated. I HAD THE SAME ISSUES.
i've solved apparently every one of them, so...
The first thing, THAT WORKED FOR ME ATLEAST. Was opening the RAR file with 7ZIP, and then i opened wheelcheck.
And finally it was "responding", like it detected the values etc.
After i did the test, but i couldnt find the CSV file.
So after researching and not finding ****. I thought that maybe my antivirus was creating some interruption. AND THIS WAS THE CASE.

I HAVE AVAST ANTIVIRUS, i opened it and went to menu and then settings. And then i went to the "add exception".
IF U HAVE MY SAME ANTIVIRUS, OR ANOTHER ONE THAT HAS THIS KIND OF SETTING, TRY IT. So i added the "WheelCheck.exe" as an exception. And shortly after i did the test again, and it finally created the file.

the file was in "DOCUMENTS".

i give 3 stars bc this is rly confusing. And the author or whoever runs this, should put some fix guide for these new problems.

WheelCheck.exe generated .csv file gets created directly in Documents folder, not in any subfolder.

E.g.
C:\Users\<username>\Documents
or
%userprofile%\Documents (or My Documents in older Windows)

"5, Open the csv that was just generated by WheelCheck."
Change to
"5. Open the csv that was just generated into your Documents folder by WheelCheck"

It was hard to find where is the generated file which is not generated in the same folder where of the executable. ;)

My Wheel wasn't connecting to Wheel Check but I finally fixed it with a single action. If the wheel is not connecting to Wheel Check try moving the USB plug into the top one on your PC this worked for me and my G29 spun and when I opened wheel check and selected a test it immediately worked.

other information the File Wheal Check makes is in documents and make sure your virus blocker is turned off.
Wheel check will show the position of your wheel at the top if you are connected. If you are not, it just says (x)(y) and no numbers.
Overall it's really confusing and outdated I'm giving it 3 stars

So guys...I've been struggling getting this WheelCheck to work. Tried everything recommended below. Nothing worked until I read about someone reinstalling their software for the wheel. In my case it was Logitech G Hub for my G29 wheel. After reinstalling it, I opened Wheel Check and selected Log 2 and the wheel check started automatically.
So guys, try reinstalling your software, it might work for you as well.

fixed wheel checker not working by uninstalling all logitech software and following this video. so install the old l ghub in the vid and it should work.
