This mod is a representation of a student project from the french automotive engineering school Institut Supérieur de l'Automobile et des Transports.

The student project, ISAT Hill Climb Racing, aims to build a hybrid hill climb racing car which would fit in the upcoming FIA CM Hybrid regulations. It has a GSXR-1000 k3 engine coupled with an EMRAX 208 electric motor.

The physics have been modeled to be as accurate as possible using the exact data from the car where applicable. The realism of the physics is only limited by what hasn't been studied yet, and by my own (lack of) ability.
The mod can be useful to some degree to our team, to get a rough idea of how a change to the car could affect its handling, but I mainly made it because it's fun.
I would recommend making the rear ARB a bit more rigid in your personal setups to overcome the natural understeer the car has.

The visuals are pretty rough, the body and steering wheel are taken almost straight from CATIA, only with their polycount reduced to acceptable levels.

My personal best around the Nordschleife is a 6:34:055 if you want a bit of a challenge.

Have fun !

The lack of cockpit detail is easily overshadowed by how fun this is to drive. Looks good in the replays. Nice work.
Muito bom. Uma delicia nas pistas . Melhora o acabamento que vai ficar 10. Parabens.
Very interesting car! But it needs a cockpit.
Fun to drive and cool looking. Needs some love on textures here and there and the cockpit could be a bit more detailed. Sound is also a bit scuffed. Everything else is super cool! Thanks.
