Holden FJ Sedan 1953 2 (July 2023)

The FJ Holden was produced by the Australian car maker Holden from 1953 until 1956. It was the successor to the Holden FX which was introduced in 1948. The main visual difference to the FX was the distinctive new front grille. The FJ was produced in three versions : the Standard, the Business (for fleet & taxi use etc) and the Special, which was the most luxurious version. The Special included additional chrome ornaments and trims, and featured optional two-tone paint schemes.

This Assetto Corsa model is the Special version. It includes 12 skins, featuring period colour schemes, plus a bonus "barn find" skin.

The screenshots are from the Gnoo Blas track, which was a country road in New South Wales, Australia, where races were held in the 1950's and 1960's. It was the site of the very first Australian Touring Car Championship race in 1960.
