Unzip the RAR file, and copy what is inside the "F-Inter - F1 Liveries 2.0" folder into the root AMS2 folder, normally located as below:
Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista 2

To install 2008 McLaren Mercedes - first install what is inside the F-Inter - F1 Liveries 2.0 folder, afterwards in the Extra liveries which contains the McLaren Mercedes 2008 install files, which you paste into the root AMS2 folder and "overwrite all" when requested.
