Update to V 1.8 small updates and enhancements

This is an update for my sound packs. I have reworked all of my sounds.

Changelog for Pack 4:
-New car sound Porsche 991 RSR 2017
-new transmission sounds for Porsche 991 GT3 Cup 2017
-new transmission sounds for Porsche 991 GT3 R 2016
-Volume level updates on all cars

Corrected pitch of GT3 Cup and GT3 R sounds

I have increased the pitch of the GT3 R and GT3 Cup cars a bit to match real recordings.
