Perfect guide! Thank you so much for writing everything out for us laypeople. Made a custom livery and it looks great in game =] And because of this foundation, I can try my hand at other modding stuff, thanks a ton!

I don't need this as I use Photoshop, but thank you for doing this for those that don't have access to photoshop. This is very well laid out, explained and put together. I enjoy creating custom items so now hopefully everyone will have the access and ability to do that also.
