Removed the gear change switch sound for upshift, this changes the upshift sound to one where only the engine sound is connected, like in a real on-board video.

The F-C gen4m2 Renault V10 engine sound is great but the cockpit engine sound is a low pitched 93,94 Williams sound so I changed it.
I enjoyed the 1991 modifications so I changed it to the high pitched cockpit engine sound of the FW14B Mansell era.
F-C gen4m2 cockpit engine sound changed to the high pitched engine sound of the 92 FW14B.
