You know what will be cool?

Have real life routes mapped.
For example, a route that starts from southern Italy, goes through Austira, then moves on to Germany and France to end up in Spain.

Ok that might be an overkill but think the fun factor of mapping with as much detail real life routes like that. It would be what the Ring is now but 100 times much more fun.

I think something like that will be done after 5-10 years when our PCs will be able to handle that kind of load.

A sort of Mille Miglia is possible, but will take a fair amount of organising.

Start in the UK, with a quirky track like Cadwell and do 100 miles there, then move to France and do 100 miles round Le Mans, etc. etc.

If we could find some quirky little tracks rather than the normal Grand Prix style it would be more fun, though maybe Le Mans and the Nurburgring would be shoo ins. :thumb:

I guess you could go any where you wanted with the tracks. Open the race up to all sports car types, it could be fun. Shame GTRe's grid is restricted tbh. You really need more than 24 cars for this. *Considers getting rFactor*
