MGP20 Why does MotoGP 20 open Oculus software?

So I cant figure out why this game open the Oculus software on PC, Does any one else have this issue and have a fix?

Well it might be a year late, but with the purchase of Moto GP 21 I encountered the same problem, couldnt even play the game. The solution is to add "-nohmd" to the launch parameters. Good Luck!

Similar issue here with MotoGP 21. If the Oculus service is running on my PC then the game starts in VR mode, even though it doesn't support VR. I've been using Oculus Tray Tools to stop the service but the command line option is much better. Thanks.
