MGP17 Which files to edit Qualiyou/Race Pace??

Hi guys!
Just a little question which files do you edit to increase quali and race pace??
I play with SkillsCatalog.BML, but isn't just it...
Is about other .BML files or is more complex??

Just so i'm clear (new to this) it appears some riders are already "1" which means you can't make them go faster during the race, would it be logical to assume that you could make the motorcycle faster however? - just trying to make the AI a little stronger. Thx in advance
