Where to download mods from?

Can you guys list all the sites apart from race department where we can download mods for gtr2. My main source was esport-racing but I cannot download any mods from here. I get a "you do not have permission to access this file" from the download links. It's really sad

I download my mods from GTR2-endurance, it’s a German site.

Same as above ... but I guess that registering at the site you wish to download from is surely mandatory.... as for most of them

I tried just without the registry and everything works ok.
I have Firefox and Universal Bypass, uBlock Origin

Its a great site, I have an account there as well but the problem is it does not have the variety which esport-racing has
