I run a league with over 100 members and 59 registered drivers. We all use the non-steam version (Been going for a while now). I'm sure the new members will be Steam Clients. We promote the game all over and do our best to let people know how good we think the game is. We will keep doing so.
Thanks Reiza for all the help and every time I've needed you guys, you have delivered. Kudos my friends.
