The files should look like this in your folder. If that doesn't work then I'm not sure what to do.

is this skin meant to have all real honda sponsors and honda badges on the outside or is it only the badges because the images show the real proper honda decals on the body and badges im real confused because the badges are showing ingame

It seems that only the "blue seatbelt" pack works on the Honda.............

There is no instructions where the file should be placed and the cars' folders don't have a file with that name anywhere in them...

read the comments mate, just stick it in the skin you want them on it's not that hard
