VR settings - 1080ti

Anyone else run a 1080ti? The optimisation is so poor, I have all settings in medium/low/off and with supersampling at 1.5 I can't get 90fps unless I am in practice or on track with few cars near.
Can anyone with the same GPU offer some tips?

Whats the GPU usage while gaming? In VR, you are most likely running into CPU bottlenecks instead.

My GPU runs amazing, I used userbenchmark.com and get 130% for gaming
