Hi all, I'm back modding liveries for F1 22 after a 3 YEAR hiatus :0

First up, we have a VELAS Ferrari 2023 Fantasy Livery. Similar to Bybit at Red Bull, Velas have sponsored Ferrari on a multi year deal from 2023.

Will it work with 1.14?

As I don't have the files before the patch, I can't test it unfortunately. The 1.15 version of the Ferrari might be the closest to the original model as it wasn't changed too much. I would backup your original modular file if you're going to test it yourself
