URD Bayro 4 GT3 DRL fix (CSP) - Just a simple fix to the daytime running lamps

Hi, I'm back with a "fix" This time is with URD's Bayro 4 GT3 V2. Just a light fix to the DRL, which they (hopefully) now function as they are and look alright at all angles. Also included are minor adjustments to the PBR materials and rim blur normals and map. Just replace the contents in the Extension folder. This fix shouldn't affect other custom skins.

This works if you have CSP 0.1.79 and above. Back up the original extension folder just in case you need to...

Slightly improved lights and other small stuff

Recommended if you have CSP 0.1.80-preview346

• Updated DRL textures, should look like the one in ACC, but not overly translucent.
• Updated and simplified brakediscFX code, and increased reflection to look more like in ACC.
• Updated lights

Rim blur cull mode

Adjusted cull mode for the rim blur effect, the wheel no longer looks hollow at close-ups, well, not in the wrong places.

Question;
The BMW GT3 I have driven round Green Hell (Not your MOD), I had to short shift through the gears, as it did not seem to have the long rage power in each gear from 3rd on wards unlike the Ferrari 296. Is this the norm?
