Blinker Sound - lua script

I have created an application to add blinker sound and I would like to introduce it.
Please try it if you like.
CSP requires version 0.1.77 or higher (0.1.78 Preview or higher).

Added a setting screen.
You can select whether to make the sound only for road or street cars, or for all cars.
Volume can be set from 0% to 100%.
The settings are not memorized, so they are initialized when the game is started.
After starting the game, select "Blinker Sound" from the menu on the right side...
