Updated F1 2021 Performance for CHT 1.0.0 - Tweaked CHT F1 2021 Performance

This is simply a performance swap from another mod and tweaking what is necessary according to the current performance of F1 2021 cars. The only files I created/edited were the talent files which indicates the drivers skill similar to the driver stats in the Codemasters' version.

Big thanks to the modder of CHT for the mods he created, Tun04 for the performance stats provided, without them, I don't have any resources to work with.
