Unable to Login

Hi Everyone,

I have recently got back into BTB and creating tracks.

I can login to the details page, although when I try to redownload the Evo package, it asks for my login details again. I type them in and the login and password boxes become empty... I try again and nothing happens... Im not sure why I can login to my details page but not anything else and where I can get my licence renewal..?

Is anyone able to help me?

Log in page - select Log In button. This takes you to Your Details page. Don't do anything on this page. Right on the menu bar after Help, should be your username - mouse over on this and select Licence.

Hi Ebrich,

Thanks for the reply, although when I login and hover over my username like you said there is no select licence.... Although I have proof for a comfirmation email that I have bought the licence.

I have emailed BTB suupport email, although still no reply.
