Hi does the Simagic GT4 rim include the QR for the simagic bases?

Hi,
The version I bought is a USB version so it does not come with simagic QR or any QR. I am using a SRC QR for my VRS wheelbase.

With multiple thumb wheels (2 or 3? Reviews report 2, but there appear to be 3..),
that Cube controls formula pro seems nearly ideal for VR.
Sadly, I'm in the U.S.
