Tracks Transparency being extremely weird when I use tire marks pngs

So I have this tire mark png, which I mark as alpha blend, and transparent in blender. When I export, EVEN IN ksEditor, it looks the way it should. But as I hit Go! and launch practice, it looks super weird, like a black hole. Does anyone know why? AlphaTest works perfectly fine, but it cuts hard edges around the png, so it looks horrible. Including pics from kdEditor and AC

Use ksPerPixelAlpha as a shader - set alpha tag to 1

Dont use PNG

AC only displays dds, if you use other formats, DirectX is internally converting to dds, which takes extra time during loading, & produces less optimized results.
