Traffic tool uninstall?

Hi, it's my first post here. Does anyone know how to turn back (disable) the traffic tool?
I deleted the whole folder after following the tutorial, because i had cars flying around.
They still do, on every map and it turns me crazy I have just installed 500gb of cars and tracks...
