im reading over other forums, that career mode in lower teams is 2 seconds slower than top teams, because of R&D. . ?

I'm always reading that zero traction control ,after practise and mire practise is the way to go?

Just spending hours trying to get hear the times I see on YouTube.

My set up :

PS3 ( debating going pc after I've seen ps4 version)
Next level racing ultimate rig, with west.

50 inch lg 60mhz plasma. ( what would be a better option?)
