Timing gate on a Kart track

Hi all,
i'm building a Kart Track for rFactor, i've a problem with the timing gate, two sector of track are very close, and my starting gate override them, so when i drive over the wrong one the timelap start..
Someone can suggest me a solution?

Click on the resize timing gate button in AIW window. It can be seen right in your screengrab:

No problems, i had the same thing. I made the whole learning-the-basics period on my own and after 6 months of building, i learned new controls that had been there staring at me from the start.. made me blush a few times here, "how come i have missed this" like the "align to track" button.. I manually positioned every node and every object to match to track spline, bhoaahhh, that was alot of hard work for nothing..
