Time Attack ghost cars don't show

Hi mates, first of all I did a clean install of all my Simbin games about 4 weeks ago. Since then I can't get time attacks to show up. I can see my saved TAs and even load them, and it says that it was loaded, but when I go out and drive there is nothing there. Any ideas?

Its one of your number keys i think by default that when pressed cycles between No Ghost, Own Ghost, Loaded Ghost, Both Ghost in the same way as you can switch racing line Off, Own, Ghost, Both - cant remember the exact key as I'm not racing at the moment.
