Thrustmaster Wheel Mod

Hello,
I have Thrustmaster Ferrari GTE Wheel. I'll change wheel with Momo 34cm.
Momo is heavier than Ferrari GTE. Will it damage my wheel base (ffb motors, etc) ?

I'm using a 350mm Sparco style deep dish with my T300. Not had any issues so far. Feels better than the stock wheel too, the bigger size feels more natural.

I ordered Thrustmaster GTE Wheel Adapter from Simracinghardware. I'm not sure if the default shifter paddles will be reachable.

I used one of these adaptors. I'm using a separate shifter though:

I feel like bigger wheel will be better. Especially on corners or on preparing for corners. Also i have a feeling that it will be more precise all over...
