Thrustmaster TS-PC Racer FFB issue

I was driving with the wheel fine until today when FFB dissapeared.
I checked in control panel Test forces and nothing happens.
I uninstalled the wheel,reinstalled,updated the firmware but is the same.
The only thing I got on the screen was a C++ library error,the file was tmPID.I found a file to put in the system 32 folder and error dissapeared but FFB is stil not working.
Need an advice how to sort this problem.

I was looking to buy a Thrustmaster TS-PC, however I was doing a lot of research and came across people with similar issues. This may help:

Some versions of the TS-PC have been revised and the problem is already solved, but I recommend you check inside the wheel.
