Thrustmaster F430 FFB...FFB issue

Hi guys,
I would like to ask you for advice about my F430 wheel. I've been using this wheel for about two months now and still I haven't been able to set ffb as I would like to. I'm using it mainlly for rFactor and I have tried all kinds of setups, FFB plugins, etc. The main problem is, when I set in game or in Thrustmater FFB control panel, FFB in level that suits me, then the wheel in the game starts randomly, pulls strongly to sides. It happens everywhere and it's like it can't stick to center. Then when I lower the FFB power, pulling goes away, but there is almost no feedback from the wheel. It's a bit annoying to be honest. My previous wheel (Logitech Wingman FFGP) worked fine for several years and FFB was pretty good.

Seems to me that you use reversed ffb, Thrustmaster wheels don't have that.

Well I tried in rFactor negative and positive values, but the wheel correctly works only in negative values, but I still get this random pulling.
