The RD YouTube channel needs your help!
If you’ve seen the recent announcement about the RaceDepartment content team, then you should know that I will be responsible for the content on the RD YouTube channel. I want to engage this fantastic community with the channel and make some awesome content together.
I’m currently building a content plan, but I want to get the ball rolling ASAP and so that’s where you come in.
Do you have any footage of an overtake you are particularly proud of, or a spectacular “how did I escape that” moment?
I’d like to ask you to share a link here, with the permission of using that footage in a new series – where I share the best sim racing moments from this amazing community. I’d like this series to be a regular instalment, however the regularity of this series will be down to how this community engages with this thread.

There are some pre-requisites!
- Footage to be no longer than 60 seconds
- No expletives – footage may need to be bleeped or muted
- Footage must be your own
- Footage must be of good quality – ideally HD
- Share your gamertag/sim racing name (if you want to)
- Once I have downloaded any shared footage, I will delete the related post
- This isn’t a thread to discuss racing etiquette – any discussions take place elsewhere and posts will be deleted
- All sims welcome
