TDF mismatch - Causes?

Hi all, I'm trying to find the cause of a TDF mismatch in a track I've been working on. I've checked threads with the issue and I can't seem to find a cause beyond having multiple TDF's, which I have checked for, used a GDB format from another track, used the offending TDF on other tracks with success and nothing.

Can't share the track publicly, but hoping for some ideas of where to look

You have correctly called the tdf in the gdb file I assume?
