T500RS Loose wheel, help!

Hi all, I recently got a problem with my wheel where it started moving up and down a bit, with high FFB it rattles quite a lot. I thought this was an issue with the 4 screws that are common to come loose so I did the 'permanent fix' with longer screws and that didnt fix it. I then noticed the movement is beyond the point of where those 2 parts join and the whole shaft or whatever its called moves. So you can see the white cog moving up and down also. The movement is quite small but enough to be annoying and unusable with a decent amount of ffb. Is there a way to tighten this? Any help would be hugely appreciated!
