Suspension giving way

Strange issue with front setup - when I turn the wheels or they go over a bump on this soemtimes happens. In this example all i've done is turn the wheel in the pits.

I've honestly no idea what it is. I know it isn't the .SP file, it isn't caster, is it the setup? If so what?

With just one car or any car?

If just one and you zoom in closer does this still occur? If not it is the LODout settings in the .cas file.

It seems that the answer might be found at Trackaholics .... there should be something missing in the .sp file according to what I read there one hour ago.
Correcting it or using another perfectly working one should be the solution to the problem.
