Sugestion to implement for server hosting

Is it possible to implement into the server hosting side of things a information box that can be accessed (or a popup on hover etc) that the hosting server can place into it what you need to join with out errors: EG
Version 1.38
- tracks being hosted (and where to download them)
- the mod version and where to get it
- the skins in use and where to get them.

so if someone is hosting a particular cycle of tracks and skins they can post a link to download all required to join in etc.
