Stuck on start-up video

My RBR RS Centre 09 install has just started getting stuck at the startup video where the two guys are standing beside the car by the gate in front of the shop. The .dll version works fine. It is a major problem as the ctl-alt-del does not even work when this happens. Ideas? Thanks!!

That usually happens if you are trying to run a car or weather selection that isn't available in your installled game.
If you are trying to use a normal RSRBR mod car, did you select "Mulligatawny" as your profile name? If not, that will happen.
