Could someone help out with an immersion factor or struggle I'm having...

I don't know the correct shifting method the car uses in real life. So I mostly never know when to use paddles, sequential, h-shifter, and clutch with the last two methods. I usually play assetto corsa, so when I take a car to the track there, the game will only let me use the shifting method the car uses, in case my hardware matches. But here in stock cars game I'm kinda lost.
I've been playing less of it because I'd like only to practice and race with the correct methods, but can't really figure out for all cars.

Just give a look in the showroom. If power is in kW, just divide by 0.74
