sticky bug thread

Hi all, can we have a sticky bug thread please? It will be easier for the developers to fix bugs.

Here're 2 I noticed so far:

1) Ghost car will still appear sometimes even if I unchecked the ghost car box.

2) Gravels sounds are too loud? I can still hear gravel noise even in the open wheelers, this is weird because open wheelers don't have wheel arches.
