steam mod install question

I am looking to install some tracks to race 07. I have the steam version but i cant seem to find the location of which i put the files can someone provide me with the information on where the files should go.

Program Files/Steam/Steamapps/yourname/race07
Mod content goes into the Gamedata folder.

in XP for user config file, replays and car setups. Mods into Steam folder.
