My brother and I have been sharing a Steam account for some time now. I have deicded that he will have to make his own up.

He created his Ok but it says he needs to re-buy the GTR EVO to play it. Is there anyway for him not to re-buy the game but still play on his profile?

No, not on steam - you have to own the game on that account to play it.

Yes mate. Club together to get another copy. Or are you sharing the same pc?

Games on Steam are linked to the account that they were purchased on. If you want it on another account, you will have to buy a copy for that account.

You could use the same profile on more than one PC so long as no more than one are connected online at the same time. Then the others can run Steam in offline mode.
