Speed, RPM, Gear HUD in race monitor?

Hello,
can anyone tell how to display the HUD in the top left corner of the race monitor as it is seen in the attached screenshot?
I took the screenshot from the youtube video HSO CART 1988 - it obviously is a mod but I remember having enabled this HUD in my local installation but cannot recall how to toggle it and if it is a mod or it is in the stock game?

I think that I found it in the UI.OSC file of the CART 1988 mod
