Some modding help!

Hey i'm new to this website and to GTR-E. I've never really done any modding or added anything to the game unless it's game cheats.
Here's the problem, I can't seem to get the Top Gear Test Track to work...
I tried adding it in the Gamedata>Locations place, but it didn't seem to work.

I also tried another way by going to Addon>GTREvolution>Gamedata>Locations. But that didn't seem to work either. I couldn't find the map in the game and not in any category. So then i put the TOP GEAR file in both of them but nothing happened.

I really have no idea how to get the track to be visible and in need of some help to getting it to use it on GTR-E!

Thanks but it didn't work.
For some reason I doesnt show GTR or RACE 07 in Steam
