Slow opponent

Hi I'm new and I got a question maybe simple but I could not find answer.

When I race against the IA opponent they are veeeery slow. I need different settings or I have a problem?

Currently I'm playing with D1 version of racer 'cause is most stable with my pc. I try different version but I had a lot of issues and instability of the system.
