SimSync error

I have tried to download the final mod but it comes up with an error saying,

unable to sync file
k:rFactor\Ganedata\shared\SRPL_ShaderPack.GFX
stopped the synchronization!
Error ErplyCode: 550 // Can't open
/fsr2011/GameData/shared/SRPL_ShaderPack.GFX: No such file or directory

anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Open SimSync, select options at the top right, and make sure 'Prefer Main Server' is checked on.

Hello, I have other problem, can't start the program, when i click to open see this:

i am on windows 7 and i have little problem with installing net framework 3.5 or 4.0. Please someone to look these errors and help. Thanks!

yes i cant install framework 3.5. I think need to reinstall my windows and then i try, but if you have idea, can tell me. Sorry if my english isn't very good
