Simhub speedometer modification

Is there someone who can help me with simhub please? I am looking at the standard Mytec C137 dash on simhub but I want to change the speedo from KMH to MPH but I cannot seem to edit it, even if I try to edit the text label above the speed figure from KMH to MPH which I seemingly can do, when I run it it still says KMH despite the fact that in the editor it now says MPH! what could I be missing? And how do I get it to actually read out in MPH instead of KMH. I want to do it as I have MPH set in the sim and I am driving many older cars with no pit limiter on them so I need to be able to see my speed in MPH. Help! Please!

Sorry more stupidity, you just change the units in simhub but its not easy to edit any of these, simple changes produce some really odd results, quite a learning curve.
