I wonder how you made those eyes, did you have to put in each spot? And how about the blood?

Helmet based on my based on my old suomy spec-1r hodgson livery. Eventually will be doing this to my real arai.

The eyes consist of 3 circles per eye overlapping one another to create depth aswell as add some reflection (the white circle behind the red) with the red being one of the gradient circles so they look like they glow, it's not that hard to create. The blood is simply overlapping the splatter effects with different tones and sizes so you can see the edge of each layer, also not a very hard effect to create but it does look nice.
