selling items mod idea

So I have 0 skill in programming or making mods but if someone wants to make a mod about it, you can. So in the mod there is a place somewhere where you can sell items such as broken car parts, sprays, things you can find in home such as radio e.g, parts from catalog and other stuff what I forgot. But its an idea but thats all.
