Sebring stutter on one part

Hi,
So I reinstalled rfactor and all was well until I tried sebring. That was also good until I drive through one part of the track and my fps tanks and I get stutter. The rest of the track is fine. Any advice please. I am running with video sync but it does it with anything I try.

What video card and what video settings? If it's running out of VRAM, you'd see exactly those symptoms.

Also the 12hr version has a ton of off-track graphics. RVs, crowds etc. The 2nd option is the exact same track without all the extra eyecandy. It is much friendlier to fps.
